Orthodontic clear aligner treatment is experiencing considerable growth worldwide. This rising demand for automation in the process chain for dental aligner production. One of the essential parts of the process is thermoforming. Dental thermoforming machines work by applying heat and pressure to a plastic sheet which is positioned on top of the 3D model printed specifically for that customer. Professionals in the sector may find some challenges to achieve a well-defined aligner, using different plastic materials, increasing production, or improving traceability.

To design an orthodontic treatment plan for clear aligners, typically the following images are needed: (1) Intraoral Photos (5-7 images): Frontal with teeth in occlusion, Right buccal with teeth in occlusion, Left buccal with teeth in occlusion, Maxillary occlusal (upper arch), Mandibular occlusal (lower arch), Close-up images showing specific areas of concern (optional). (2) Extraoral Photos (2-3 images): Frontal view of the patient’s face (in a relaxed position and smiling), Profile view of the patient's face (neutral profile). These images, combined with digital scans or impressions, are crucial for accurately assessing the patient’s current dental alignment, planning movements, and monitoring progress throughout the treatment.

The price includes 15 aligners; for more than 15, an additional $15 per aligner will apply.
Terms & Services
These Terms & Services ("Agreement") govern the provision of clear aligner services by Melorin, LLC ("Company") to the licensed dentist ("Dentist") identified in the accompanying form. By submitting the form, the Dentist agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. (1) Services: a. The Company will provide clear aligner therapy services to the Dentist's patients as per the treatment plan outlined in the accompanying form. b. The Company will manufacture and supply the necessary clear aligner trays according to the treatment plan specifications. (2) Treatment Plan: a. The Dentist will provide the Company with the necessary diagnostic records, including clinical examination findings, radiographs, photographs, and impressions. b. The Dentist will review and approve the proposed treatment plan provided by the Company before initiating the clear aligner therapy. c. Any modifications to the treatment plan must be communicated to the Company in writing and agreed upon by both parties. (3) Responsibilities: a. The Dentist will ensure that the patient's oral health is assessed and monitored throughout the clear aligner treatment. b. The Dentist will inform the Company promptly of any patient-specific issues, complications, or changes in the treatment plan. c. The Dentist will provide accurate and complete patient information necessary for the provision of clear aligner services.
